Nice apartment I've been living in WILLOWTREE for more than two years. I am quite satisfied with this apartment. I love the clerks in their leasing office. Especially Jenny, she is so nice and sweet. Their maintenance team is very responsive. You can usually get your request done in the same day if you called them in the morning.
Near North Campus. Better managment than before. There are two kinds of housing in Willowtree Apartment, garden styles and tower styles. The towers styles are cheaper, but you have to pay for the gas. The garden styles are better looking, and also it includes the gas. They changed a new manager this year, so they are innovating all the housings. The first two buildings of garden styles have internet, gas, electricity, cable TV included in rent. convenient, but old This rental apartment has two kinds of buildings. One is Garden, the other is tower. Tower is cheaper but many people live in the same building. Therefore, you can always smell something strange in the hallway. The gas is free in garden. However, it is much hotter living in Garden because it faces west side.
Not a good place to live..... Do not waste you money, place is terrible. Parking sucks, like other review your car will be damaged. Maintenance problems all the time, poor building. Management does not respond to problems or complaints, who ever the college kid working in the office that day would say ok. When you move out they find problems that they didn't fix when you move in.. Bad part of town also, with the noise in the complex and the neighborhood it's not safe for a girl. Dangerous Place to Live First, Royal Village split up my 4 person Apt, sticking us all with random roommates. Second, it took them 6 MONTHS to repair a broken DISH WASHER which leaked all over the apartment, staining the rug and walls. Third, parking SUCKS. If you get a spot, you're lucky to fit out of your door. Be prepared to buy a new paint job after little miss greek wannabe scrapes the side of you car with her new SUV. Fourth, parking SUCKS.
