Great value, close to campus,furnished and the staff was amazing!
Living at Royal Village has been honestly a blessing compared to the other apartment complexes I had lived in. To start, the location is amazing, the complex its self is beautiful with green grass and not one, but two lovely pools. The staff has been so amazing as well. Emma, Rodney, and Stacey specifically have been the best people and have helped me through any issues I may have encountered, from setting up my payments to any maintenance I ever needed. I have had an amazing time at Royal Village so far. Maintenance is very prompt and really cares about making residents comfortable. I LOVE that they’re pet friendly!
Parking is a huge issue, not enough parking for the residents who live there. They just booted our daughter’s car, $85 to get it removed. How do they continue to rent apartments when they don’t have enough parking. Also, rooms are very small for the cost. Too many other better communities.
Had a horrible experience living at Royal Village. The management is rude and ignores communication sent to them. Overall, there was little concern for their residents. For example, they changed the locks to our apartment during Christmas break and left the door unlocked for the remainder of break. After bringing this to their attention, not even an apology was extended.
