They get on Facebook and just lie to people. They send you to a place like this just to deny you what you really need to settle for less. All I needed was to get some renovations done and to get some debt payed off. Had good credit until I lost 18 points with them running my credit just to be handed a bad deal
Worst company for couples who want to be eligible for FHA loan. They will waste your time and more specifically Beau, will waste your time. They do not stick with their word of communication with the people they are working with. I caution people who wants to work with them because they will not work with you. Just move on and find a company that will work with you. This company isn't it.

This company is absolutely horrible. They begin with a great sales person. Smart, assured and very convincing that he can get your loan finished in record time. Of course they need documents to support your financial position but they ask for it piecemeal. Now in week 5 with us continually calling for updates there are most documents to be reviewed. If I could give these jokesters a 1/2 I would, Just STAY AWAY!
Why people refinance their houses? To get better interest rate (lower monthly payments, safe money) and/or get some cash for whatever reason it may be. Not in my case. My rep Robert Mondo promised to refinance my house based on my credit report (810 points) and appraisal, but appraisal would have to be done first and PAID BY ME $490.00 So I appraised my house and it showed pretty large equity much higher than amount for refi. My loan started out very nice & the loan went very well. After my loan They sold me to another company . The first payment I sent them was supposed to be sent to the new Bank. I tried many times to find out what happened to the first payment I sent Royal . I could not get any response from anyone . I have called every person I could fine & no one knows what happened to my first payment . The bad part is after I was sold to another Bank . I not no return calls at all or returned e-mails . These people are horrible. Don’t answer your calls. Don’t tell you nothing. They give you the run around and they take forever. They are only worried about themselves not your needs or any of your concerns.
