The staff is very friendly and they're very knowledgeable about their birds and fish. What I love the most is being able to socialize with the Conures and the Macaws. It's a nice place to go during the week or weekend.
Royal has been my "go-to" bird shop for over 10 years. No other has offered the expertise, quality selection of foods and supplies, and friendly/enjoyable experience that those at Royal provide. They're a gift to bird families.

Bought a fish from here it died in less then 24 hours, brought it back in and was not given a refund.
I was in over my head with the fish I bought. They gladly took in my fish no questions asked and will find them a good home.
