I can't tell you all how much this bakery means to me and my family. This past weekend when an order from another bakery was NOT fulfilled by that bakery we called Royal Treatz in a frantic state. We told them what we needed and that we needed them in just three short hours. They SAVED the day! They had 72 cupcakes 3 different flavors packed and ready to go way earlier than what we asked for. Went their today and the girl serving had a straight attitude they hardly had any cupcakes in the case she shouldn't be dealing with customers she didn't have on gloves while serving us

I am very sorry for your experience. I would like to know who was serving you because we are known for having a very friendly staff so this is not normal OR acceptable. Also, I do not allow my employees to give cake quotes because they are not qualified to discuss quotes, Our cake designer will make an appointment or give a quote through information in email. Just a guest at a wedding... Went to a wedding July 19, 2014... where the cake was halfway delivered hours later (meaning something was missing) oh yea they forgot the cupcakes that went with the cake... and the employee or owner looked at the bride like better late then never... royal treatz was really heartless... they walked through the doors as if they were on time dress like they were coming off the streets ... discreet not...
