Great customer service, but the braids are even better. She squeezed me in and did an amazing job, no inconvenience fee or rudeness. The price was fair and both the ladies are just a pleasure to be around. When I come back to Dallas I will be back. & they don’t braid tight & they make sure the parts are neat. Ok I’m done, but you should give her a try.

I booked an appointment on Vagaro, but when I arrived, I was told the salon doesn’t receive notifications from the app. If that’s the case, add a note to your listing on Vagaro so clients are aware. Better yet, why is the salon listed on Vagaro at all? We agreed to reschedule later that day to get cornrows installed (no extensions). I was told the price would be $65 for the style plus an additional $45 to wash and condition. Charged 50$ for four stitch braids , does not look stitched at all , and canceled day of and rescheduled. Going to have to get my hair done again in a week . Also sneezed in hand and proceeded to touch my head Also the suite was not the cleanest
She does a excellnet job, very detailed and skilled... highly recommend!
