My initial communication with them was positive, they responded quickly and answered my questions. When my husband and I arrived, they couldn't find our appointment. They finally found it (or so they claimed after I showed my email communication with their office about it); however, they didn't have anything printed off and ready to be signed. We had to wait for everything to be printed. No one had informed us that my husband didn't actually need to be present to sign the forms, which is frustrating as he is immunocompromise... read more
