I have used Royal T Rooter for several years for my business, so when I ran into a clog at home, I knew who to call. The responded promptly to my call, as always, and promised to send a technician out same day. The technician did not arrive until 7:40 at night, but rather than pushing me off until another day, he made the effort so late to make sure he figured out what was going on.
