Efrain is a very kind and professional technician. He was quick, thorough, and very respectful of his presence in someone’s home.
They parked across mine and my partner’s assigned parking spots so that we we couldn’t get in, when I politely asked one of the workers to move the van a little he got in my face aggressively, refusing to move the van, and tried fight me. Pretty scary and surreal experience over nothing. If the workers here can’t be trusted to have a simple human conversation without making threats or being aggressive to their clients, I wouldn’t trust them as far you can throw a stick
