I had the pleasure of purchasing my mother of the groom dress from Royal Swan. The owner was kind and made terrific suggestions. Her alterations were excellent! She also altered my daughter's bridesmaid's dress which was purchased elsewhere. Again, the alterations were excellent and it is obvious that she is incredibly skilled.
Monique did a fabulous job taking in my wedding dress. She is a very skilled and talented seamstress! Small shop with beautiful dress options. :D
We came to the Royal Swan to have my daughter's wedding dress altered after having had a complete failure somewhere else. Here we were treated to personable and courteous service. This lady knows what she is doing! She is obviously very experienced when it comes to bridal and formal wear. It shows not only in the excellent suggestions she makes, but also in her meticulous workmanship. You cannot go wrong at Royal Swan! We can't thank you enough for your help, Monique!
I recently visited Royal Swan with my mom to find her a dress for a Christening party. From the moment we walked in the staff was very warm and welcoming. The selection of dresses was impressive, with a variety of styles, sizes, and price points. We had booked the appointment in advance, as we went there from Thornhill, so the lady working there had already picked dresses for my mom and she started trying them on. 0 STARS RUINED MY BRIDESMAID DRESS!!!! ..... this was a big day for my family, my brother was getting married i payed $200 to get my bridesmaid dress altered here and I also asked for breast pads to be put IN the dress , this dress was altered 2 times and she put the pads on the outside on the inside of the dress where it was 100% noticeable you could clearly see the padding not matter what i done and then she put a couple stitches here and there... half way through the night my dress was falling apart the stitching for the ... read more
