I have had the worse experience with Royal on the East side, never have I been so mistreated by a car dealership. There are too many good and honest hard working people/companies who will do right by you and will WANT to do the right thing! What a HORRIBLE experience we have had staying in our home town and buying from Royal! NEVER, NEVER will we buy anything from them again. Great service and great people!
Love my new car! I was nervous to make a big purchase but I got a great deal and got everything I wanted in a car. A salesman named Brandon helped me and was great about working with my busy work schedule.
Treat customers and employees like objects. Constantly have to deal with somebody new and never have a familiar or happy face. Obviously management doesn't know what they are doing.
