all my experiences with Royal have been awesome. Yesterday, had my Outback in for Recall work. They accurately estimated the time it would take, and were super-pleasant when I checked in about progress of work, etc. The waiting area is clean, stocked with FOOD AND BEVERAGES and comfortable. ALL the employees take the time to speak pleasantly and offer help. Great place to go to service a vehicle, or buy one!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Service department are scammers, I'm sure sales is too. They'll have you pay over $200 in diagnostics and then tell you they don't know what the problem is. Completely unacceptable and morally reprehencible. I Will send all my customers to Andy Mohr.
