Very sad that this review site will not let you edit. Well this new review is to offset the bad review, turns out the store hours were different and they were not at fault for my previous complaint. Very sorry. They called me today promptly and worked out a fix immediately, thats the service i pay their prices for. ty
Extreme disappointment!!!!! worst customer service I have ever received and first time i have ever felt the need to review a company. Beware, once they get your money, which is highly overpriced, they wash their hands of you and the issues you have with their product.
Not sure if we can recommend Royal Spa at this point. Received our Spa a week ago today. We already need to have our Spa looked at. Brand new spa sitting on our beautiful deck with what is most likely a heating element defect. In addition to the purchase, our sales associate who mentioned they did the wiring but in fact do not. Easy fix we hired someone. The pillow on the tub also wouldn't stay on so Royal had to send another. $14k plus and in less than a week we have to wait till Friday before them to come and correct! MORE LIKE ROYAL SCAM They came out to repair my hot tub on Tuesday. A guy named Donnie called me and went over the problems and quoted me $869 + Tax for the repairs. An hour later he called me back to say he was going to have to come back to finish installing the jets and needed a credit card #. I paid him $841. I asked why the bill was $841 if it wasn’t complete, he said that was the bill + tax and the jets would be less than $100 when he came back.
