I purchased a spa from Royal Spa at the state fair. I was told it was designed by world Class Purdue Engineers. This has been the biggest waste of money that I have ever experienced. The jet power is very low. To compensate for this it has a bubbler that spams cold bubbles into the tub. I replaced a 26 year old spa with this one and I can honestly say it is no where near the quality of the hot springs model I had. Some of the best spas on the market. My parents bought one back in 2011. Great customer service and only hot tub safe for Epsom salts. Royal spa is the best hot tub. Easy to get parts and they are happy to help with any of your questions. They listen to you and explain how to do it. You deserve a Royal spa.
I’m not one to post negative reviews, but DO NOT BUT A ROYAL SPA. I’m not bashing, just warning others before they spend $15,000+ on a hot tub. I have followed their directions to a T, just to have to empty this tub 3 times already this year. I monitor everything weekly, and I’ve had multiple pools so this isn’t a new endeavor. The quality for what you pay is terrible, cracking corners, screws that strip and push themselves out, etc., but I guess that is just part of it settling according to them. Todd Johnson is the guy to talk to. We love our spa and he's been very helpful by providing tips and tricks for taking care of it.
Great service Todd was excellent and instucting me on what to do with these parts. Save me a trip down to the south Royal Spa on Eppler road. My hot tubs back up and running and I'm a happy camper.
