Came here from New York to see family who live in Bonita Springs. We came here tonight for ice cream. This place has the best ice cream ever. Next time when I come down to Florida, I will come back to Royal Scoop.
A little surprised when we found bugs 🐜 in my coconut ice cream, but even more surprised the manager’s defense was there are bugs all over... 🤷🏼♀️ was an awkward/poor experience all around

Hello Kristin, I am very sorry you had this experience. Clearly this is super rare. Once or twice a year we do get an increase in these flying ants. At night they are drawn to the lights in the store. For some reason they seem to be draw most strongly to the LED lights in the dipping cases. We will continue to work on this issue to move it from extremely rare to never. Again I apologize.
It doesn't get any better than Royal Scoop Homemade Ice Cream!
Reese’s sundae is scrumptious but never had any ice cream there I did not really enjoy!
