I am a client of Penny’s. I enjoy coming to Royal Salon and Spa. The atmosphere is great and the people that work there are nice and polite. Penny is awesome at what she does! She very professional and her skills far exceed what I would get at any other nail tech. I have been going to Penny for at least 5 years. I would follow her wherever she goes.
