I have had bad luck with cleaners in the past who rush too much. This company took their time to do the carpet cleaning right. You can tell they care about their work. My hallway looks bright and clean again. I will definitely use Royal Rug Cleaning Service next year.
The communication with the technician was poor and the process and procedures were a bit unprofessional. I’m still waiting to receive my rug and I haven’t gotten any updates.
