My main concern was the backing of the rug rotting from a hidden plant leak. The technician inspected it with me, explained how they dry them thoroughly, and fixed the minor dry rot. Very knowledgeable staff.
Had my heavily used hallway runners cleaned by these guys and surprisingly, all the dark high-traffic gray spots are totally gone. Fair price, good work.
