Fantastic customer service from the first call through the service at my house. Patrick was wonderful at assessing the situation and explaining to me how the plumbing all works. He was very good and I highly recommend him and the team. Kevin also stopped by as they weren’t sure what they were up against. He was very nice and respectful. Patrick came to our rescue! It turned out to be a main line sewer break. He worked for two hours snaking the line then running his camera through till he knew it would probably require digging to the line to remove the damaged pipe. His invoice was so low for all that work and then a referral to another honest and reliable company to excavate. Plus he obviously is a top expert in his field.
