They came out the next morning after I called. The plumber that came was very nice and knowledgeable. He cleared the clog fairly quickly and inspected things to make sure everything else looked good. Very reasonable price too. They will be my go to for any future clogs!!
On the 19th of September we called at 2pm and finally got here at 7pm then they broke a screws on my toilet where the toilet screws down then thay broke my tank to my toilet on sept 20th told me it was my dhut off to the water . Then on Sept 24they can back and in about 15 minutes they walked off the job and left me hanging. Had to call someone else on Sept to find out they broke my water tank it was not my shut of valve. Fantastic customer service from the first call through the service at my house. Patrick was wonderful at assessing the situation and explaining to me how the plumbing all works. He was very good and I highly recommend him and the team. Kevin also stopped by as they weren’t sure what they were up against. He was very nice and respectful. Again, I can’t say enough positive about the experience. We asked for cards and will recommend Royal Rooter to our family and friends. Thanks guys.
