We had Royal re-roof our detached garage in 2019 prior to solar installation. They recommended at the time that we restore the chimney on the house prior to re-roofing, which we did, and then they did the house in 2023. They did an excellent job. We had a couple of problem areas that took special care to route water properly (old house with several remodels), and they completely solved those problems. Made appointment for roof inspection after wind damage. No one showed up or called to reschedule. My business was clearly not important to them. Edit: had a very nice follow-up call with a manager. We talked over the situation and it is resolved to my satisfaction
