On Friday January 10, 2020, I discovered that the flat roof section of my rental had been blown over and folded in half by the heavy winds of the night before. Incredible job, very thorough with detailed photos throughout the process. 3x customer with each re-roofing experience getting better and better. I can't Recommend ***** enough.
Men who actually did the work were very good at their profession. Roof materials were very good. Had communications issue with staff contractor assigned to my account. Never got a "thank you for your business" when final payment was made. No communication or follow up at all. Then 2 years later I get marketing emails asking for a review. Little bit of a disconnect I would say.

Overall great experience with Royal Roofing and their team. The president and CEO, *****, gave me a very personalized and in-depth knowledge of roofing during the initial estimation. Royal Roofing replaced the roof on our apartment building in 2013. They did a great job. They arrived on time and cleaned up the job site every day. Since we have the new roof I don't have to worry about a leaky roof. Well worth it.
