Bill and his staff were professional and on time. They went above and beyond answering all questions taking their time to make sure everything was good with my roof. Recommend Royal Roofing!!
I received excellent service from Royal Roofing this year. I had a small micro burst wind storm rip over my house in July and tear up a good section of my roof tiles. I needed a fix ASAP, as a storm was due to hit later in the week. I called Bill over at Royal Roofing based on a referral that his company did excellent work. He was here the next day and back on site the following morning with his crew. He said they'd arrive at 7:30am. They arrived at 7:20am. He said they'd by done by 11am. They were done by 10:45am. I have left numerous messages with their company's answering service to request that they call me to get a quote for my roof. NO ONE EVER CALLS!!! You'd think if someone is offering you potential business that they'd at least return the call. Too bad I can't award 0 stars.
I am beyond disappointed with the service and attention I received. The lack of professionalism and genuine disregard for my family was astonishing to me. Whoever handles the office is the rudest, most insensitive woman that I have ever had to deal with. They did not honor appointments and did not return phone calls. Stay away, they do not deserve our business
LAST year, this company repaired a small leak around a skylight in my kitchen. The next time it rained, it leaked next to the previously repaired spot. They repaired it for no charge. When it rained last week, I noticed a small leak in the bathroom, next to the kitchen. This leak is in the same general area but to the east of it.
