We moved into Royal Ridge earlier this year from out of state. So far we have really enjoyed living in the community. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The amenities around the community are a bonus. Their office staff is nice and responsive if you are in need of something. Their maintenance team is quick to help aid with anything you might need. Overall give Royal Ridge a 4 star.
Cassidy has been amazing to work with while I’ve been living at Royal Ridge for the last 2 and a half years. She’s helped me put in multiple work orders that were taken care of on the same day, along with frequent check ups to make sure everything is running smoothly. I would recommend going through the process with her. All of the staff is very welcoming and great to talk to!
I put in a work order for a new washer which I pay for and One month later still no washer when I talked to staff I feel disrespected when the front office people sitting there talking to you with a foot up on their chair just telling you there’s nothing they can do for you after you waste tons of money on their stuff that doesn’t work, but you pay rent for it speaking of rent. I put in a maintenance order almost 2 months ago no one has came by and says issue was resolved no one has came to fix any or the requests I put in
I highly recommend living here. The staff is amazing and the apts are so nice. Maintenance is awesome!
