I am honestly shocked by my experience at this nail salon. From the beginning, the hygiene already raised serious concerns. Extremely worn-out nail files were used, clearly reused on many clients. From my perspective, this is neither hygienic nor professional. The actual service was even worse. My nails were filed down far too aggressively and unevenly, to the point where they became extremely thin and even started bleeding. There was no sign of careful or proper technique. I’ve been coming to this salon for over six months, and it’s the only place I go now. Their prices are fair, the staff is always kind and welcoming, and the service is consistently great. They are open most days and very accommodating with walk-ins, which makes it so convenient. I also love the relaxing atmosphere and the little extras they offer. It’s a perfect place to unwind after work without disrupting your plans. Highly recommend!
