When the filtration pump on our turtle tank malfunctioned and pumped about 13-15 gallons of water on the floor I of course contacted my insurance company who in turn told me to contact this company in Ottawa. I did just that explained our situation. This was in a Sunday early evening I talked to Jeff, he insisted he should come right down and we live 50 miles away, so I was already impressed. Jeff Moore is awesome. He has cleaned our carpets three times now and has exceeded my expectations each time. We didn't have a fire or storm damage, just 3 very messy children. (He even removed paint that had been there for months.) Jeff does his best each time even if it is just a carpet cleaning. I will never recommend or use anyone else.
Very courteous customer service . He was on time, did a fantastic job, in time alloyed.
