Great company. Called them today at 7:30 AM when they opened to report my air conditioner blowing out warm air. They came by 8am. Fixed by 8:30. Faulty Capacitor. Love the service from the person answering the phone to the technician who fixed the air conditioner. Keep up the good work! Thanks for a job well done.
It's rare to find a company that truly takes pride in what they do. There manager landon was so easy to communicate with, and they're techs were very kind hearted and friendly. If you're looking for honest, skilled professionals who care about getting the job done right the first time. Highly recommend and will definitely be using them again in the future!
These guys went above and beyond. Not only did they offer me the best price they also installed the best new products available. I replaced 2 full units. Including both outside units and 2 attic units. All work was done inn1 day. Wish I would have called them sooner. My house gets ice cold now. Thank u Royal Refrigeration for everything
This company now has one of the worst managers and workers I have ever dealt with. They installed a mini split for me back in January and they overcharged me so much, they came coming back time and again to keep charging more, that’s the way they work. The manager now is completely shady, lazy and there is no accountability for their work. First time I turn the ac it doesn’t work and states WE DIDNT SELL YOU THE UNIT, CALL HOME DEPOT. that’s the end of it.
