If you book appointments, great! But everyone doesn't have the luxury of booking appointments if they need a cut the same day. Wait times are ridiculous. Barbers walk out when there are people waiting to get cuts, and overall it's just not the best experience. Although SOME barbers are great at what they do, the customer service aspect of this shop is very lack luster. There's no sense of organization. Waste of time!!
The best barbershop in Baltimore!
First I came in and sat there for an hour without anyone saying a word to me. Then When they took someone who came in 40 mins behind me the barbers proceeded to bicker about who was going to take me. The end result was them telling me they were closed after I sat there all that time. Shot out to the one barber who was not being an ass and offered to cut me but I refuse to give my money to an establishment that rude.
Manny is a beast with the clippers and straight razor. I shall be back. Very professional and clean. I will definitely recommend Royal Razor and Manny.
