We are extremely thankful for everything Paul does for us, he always checks in on us and makes sure we always have enough oxygen and supplies. Can’t thank him enough for his amazing service!
Do not go here for CPAP machine. They only sell ResMed Airsense 11 which is a huge disappointment (when compared to Airsense 10) had problems with it right from beginning. Minimal assistance resolve issues, they refuse to give any refunds or exchange of machine only offer to "repair" unit at a cost. Wish I had read reviews before I choose this company..will not make that mistake again.
This location is argumentative, ignorant and do not care about their clients.
Proresp withholds vital information on timelines for replacing equipment and makes you take heated hoses that you don't want.
