I had a scheduled tour. They reminded me of the tour two hours prior. When I arrived 5 minutes early there was a sign on the door “at lunch will return by 4:30”. That irritated me because my tour was scheduled for 415. So I waited until 436, and no one still showed up. A resident told me don’t even waste my time with applying. I wasted my gas and time. Totally unprofessional. I didn’t get to tour.
First, I asked to be called before entering my home, I have a sign on my door and don’t know if maintenance remove his shoes because I offered shoe covering which wasn’t use, and finally he left all the trash on the sink when there was a trash can next to the sink. But we are VERY pleased with the actual repair.
Cachetta and Abigail were very sweet and helpful despite our roommate situation not working out. The community has a whole is very sweet as well!
