From a leak in the ceiling with a big hole in ceiling leaking water onto our bed who’s gonna have to pay for a new bed us. The black mold in the house we have to take care of it sounds crazy to me. Always making request for stuffed to be fixed always being marked as complete. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I lived here from May 2017 through May 2023. Everything was great until Clark Whitehill sold the property to the new managers. We constantly dealt with spiders and roaches. We had 3-4 spiders in our apartment every day and nothing was ever done about it when letting management know. We had water damage underneath our shower in the laundry room that was simply painted over. It felt like you were going to fall through the floor. I’ve been living here for a year and some months now. I have constant issues with my toilet that the maintenance has had to come out for, that they are now threatening to charge me if they have to fix it again (it’s literally broken idk what to do). My room gets NO A/C but they refuse to fix it. Our dishwasher has been broken since we’ve moved in but everytime it’s been looked at they say it’s “working just fine”. I’ve been a resident here since July 2024 and it has overall been a very pleasant experience. Maintenance is amazing and always took care of any issues I had. Lois has been very helpful and is always quick to respond to anything I bring up. My boyfriend and I have to end our lease early due to him pcsing and they have been very accommodating and had no issues with it. We move out at the end of June and I have high hopes that it will be a smooth process based on the experiences we have had with management so far.
