From a leak in the ceiling with a big hole in ceiling leaking water onto our bed who’s gonna have to pay for a new bed us. The black mold in the house we have to take care of it sounds crazy to me. Always making request for stuffed to be fixed always being marked as complete. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I lived here from May 2017 through May 2023. Everything was great until Clark Whitehill sold the property to the new managers. We constantly dealt with spiders and roaches. We had 3-4 spiders in our apartment every day and nothing was ever done about it when letting management know. We had water damage underneath our shower in the laundry room that was simply painted over. It felt like you were going to fall through the floor.
