We have lived here only since February 2025. We constantly have issues with our apartment. From the AC/heating going out, the hot water heater breaking, the leaking coming into the dining room and kitchen causing mold, bugs, etc. Maintenance works very hard but they are overworked and can take weeks to get something fixed.
