We have been dealing with this company for the past two months. The royal plus restoration team and the flooring team came in to work on our house after we had flood damage. Nothing was done right and we have had to have them come back numerous times to fix the messed they have made. The floor was laid incorrectly to begin with. They sent another guy back to fix it and all he did was ruin it more and put down black putty to try to cover up his mistake. Eric Allen took on and completed wonderfully, a challenging task for me. We had a 8' x 5' area of ceramic tile that had lifted up from the frigid temperatures, "tenting" he called it. Unfortunately, we had no spare tiles in case of breakage, as they had to lift out the tented tiles. The contractor completed this, with no breakage and reinstalled the tiles properly. Eric Allen was very helpful in explaining every thing to do with Luxury Vinyl Flooring. He answered all my "dumb" questions and went over and above the call of service to make my installation ON TIME, and beautiful! He even went back to the site after installation and took pictures to send to me. I have not seen it as of this writing, but my two sons have been there and they say it is FANTASTIC, and a very professional install. It's been a pleasure to work with Royal Plus Flooring!
Love how our Karndean Reclaimed Barnwood floors turned out in our new house. Craig was a pleasure to work with and we couldn't be happier with our flooring.
