I feel it’s important to share my concerns about the professionalism at Royal Plus Disaster Cleanup. One employee in particular has been misrepresenting themselves as a nurse, giving out medical advice to others, and even sharing guidance with multiple people in a way that could put health and safety at risk. Royal Plus did a fantastic job! They were very responsive and were extra careful to protect our furniture from any damage. I would highly recommendthem.

I had a choice of three firms to select from and I am happy that I selected Royal Plus. It was a long process, but they took charge of the process from the beginning, kept me updated, oh OK sounds OK paid attention to details, were easy to communicate with, and passed the final Hygienist test that all spores were removed from the house. I would hire Royal Plus again, if I had the same team.
