If I could give this company negative stars I would. Royal Plumbing was contracted through American Home Shield to diagnose and fix the issue with my AC not working. The technician (Eric) showed up and thought he was there for a plumbing job! I explained no, you are here to diagnose my AC failure, after consulting the work order on his phone he agreed. He then proceeded to look at my outside unit and used sticks from the ground to move the fan blades, and banging on the outside of the unit. At this point if I had hired this ... read more
