We don't get to have take out very often. We order from Royal Pizza because food is usually spot on and you offer in house delivery. Today we treated ourselves to 2 baked spaghettis, unfortunately it took just about 2 hours to get it, but I don't know what happened to it a long the way but the bag was squashed and ripped open. So disappointed.
Update: the restaurant owner contacted me and made everything right. The replacement pizza was everything I love about Fred's Special. I'll be back. For this reason I updated my scores to represent the new pizza. I want to start by saying that the Fred's Special pizza is my favorite restaurant pizza. However, the Newcastle location is lacking consistency with their prep and cooking. Twice now, I've ordered a pizza that was burnt.
