I came here with my family and the pizza was delicious it survive was superb and staff members were very friendly and engaged the food was also quick to come

I've been to the westend location once and was amazing. I live on the northend and tried the Newcastle and was opposite. We got seated, handed menu and ordered dinner with no issues. Took forever for the food to arrive. I saw our order sitting on the ledge but the 2 waitresses where just standing there. The restaurant was not busy at all, I mean maybe 6 tables when we arrived.
