I love royal pizza but this location is so hit or miss. 2 times in a row it's be messed up- the first time i went to pick it up and they gave my pizza to someone else - this time it was wayyyyyyy over cooked. I hope this gets addressed or I'm going to have to stop ordering from here !!!

The cheese on the pizza tasted bitter and was burnt, making it really unpleasant to eat. On top of that, I ordered a 2-liter Coca-Cola, but it was never delivered. I paid for something I didn’t receive, and the quality of the pizza was very disappointing. I would not recommend Royal Pizza based on this experience. Very unhappy with my order and service.

Very disappointing experience at Royal Pizza. The cleanliness, especially in the washrooms, was extremely poor and needs serious improvement. I was also concerned about the food-handling practices I observed, including staff not wearing gloves and not wearing hair nets while handling food. This made me uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about hygiene. Management should take cleanliness and food-safety standards much more seriously. I hope they address these issues for the safety and comfort of their customers.
