I love the lasagna probably 100x more than Garfield would!!! The food is always so good and so fresh!! But tonight, the food got here so fast when we dug in I burnt the roof of my mouth!!! AWESOME!!! Will continue to be a loyal customer!!

Ordered a beef and onion pizza with fresh tomatoes. Picked up the pizza, got home and it was burnt, no Pitt sauce, next to no toppings, the tomatoes were cut so thin that you could see through them. I contacted Royal Pizza through their website, and was told that someone would get back to me shortly. Well, here we are 8 days later and I’ve heard nothing from them. I wish that I could leave less than a 1 star review. Worst customer service ever!!!

We ordered a gluten free vegetarian pizza. It was the absolute worst pizza I have ever tasted. The bottom of the pizza was cooked like hard cardboard. It was so bad that it was impossible to cut the slice in half. The top of the pizza was soggy and not cooked. I called the restraunt to tell them about the pizza and was told that it always happens. They offered me a second pizza, but was also told the pizza would be exactly the same no matter what. I told the person on the phone that I had never had such bad pizza or service.... read more
