Very disappointing experience at Royal Pizza. The cleanliness, especially in the washrooms, was extremely poor and needs serious improvement. I was also concerned about the food-handling practices I observed, including staff not wearing gloves and not wearing hair nets while handling food. This made me uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about hygiene. Management should take cleanliness and food-safety standards much more seriously. I hope they address these issues for the safety and comfort of their customers.

Very mediocre. They skimp out on the pizza sauce, when you are paying these kinds of prices there should be plenty of pizza sauce on the pizza, the one I bought recently was like eating a cheese bread more than a pizza. I think the restaurant need to rethink their approach on how people like their pizza and stop being cheap with the amount of ingredients (I.E. PIZZA SAUCE) THAT GOES ON THE PIZZA SHOULD BE PLENTY AND NOT FEEL LIKE I'M EATING A CHEAP PIZZA.

I will NEVER order from here again The management is awful I ordered a large pizza. It came an hour and a half later ice cold and they told me the only thing they could do is replace it right away when we are just on the way out the door after we eat our pizza they refuse to give a credit every other Royal Pizza in the city. If your pizza is not good, they give you a credit. Ice, cold and dried out Order from Swan pizza it’s a lot cheaper and better

I have been ordering from Britnell Royal Pizza for delivery for my family and I… and also for delivery to my son’s Group Home. They know me well 🤭 Tonight was my birthday 🥳 and they made sure to make my ‘Birthday Pizza’ to PERFECTION 🤩♥️ The pizza arrived hot, the pizza was baked the way I like it, the pizza had plenty of toppings, and it was a delicious way to end my birthday day Thank you again… from the birthday girl ‍🦱🫶
