My parents own a condominium they bought when it was new and they lived there until they passed away and no they didn’t pass away in the condominium. My father was 88 and my mother was 82 when I lost her we did sell it. It was a 2316 condo one the only problem we were going to buy it is that I’m in a wheelchair and there is steps concrete steps going up to the building and I couldn’t do it. It has been my home since 2015. This is such a nice hidden gem. Quite, cozy, and beautifully landscaped with an updated tennis court.
