The items I needed had to be ordered because they are specialty items but were there the next day. There is not a lot of items on the shelves like I would normally see or be used too going into a pharmacy but the owner is a very nice person. If I lived in the area I would shop there again. I would also add that the owner ordered my items without asking for cash or a credit card before placing the order. I believe this is almost unheard of in this day and age.

Got my COVID booster and flu vaccine as a walk-in, no appointment needed! The big chains were all 1-3 weeks until the first appointment, and not accommodating walk ins. But Royal Pharmacy was super fast and great service. In and out in about ten minutes. I do suggest calling ahead just to make sure of stock - my preferred COVID vaccine brand needed to be defrosted, but no biggie to wait a couple hours rather than weeks!

It is so refreshing to see an independently owned pharmacy with excellent customer service. I was looking for a particular product and they non only went out of their way to source it for me but also delivered it to me at home. This kind of service is pretty much unheard of these days. I wish I could give more stars.

I love this non-chain store, independent pharmacy! A friend initially recommended it for their prices and customer service, and I've been pleasantly surprised that I enjoy dealing with the owner at a more personal level than is possible at one of the big stores. There were times that he recommended purchasing a one month supply of my very expensive prescription eye drops rather than the three months that I was used to purchasing, as my total out-of-pocket cost was lower when buying one month at a time. Got jerked around by CVS and RiteAid on a critical prescription. Their delay caused me to cancel my vacation, waste a trip to Alamo without obtaining the medication. Ali, at Royal Pharmacy agreed to get the prescription transferred to them and deliver it to my home at no extra charge. FANTASTIC SERVICE.
