I cannot say enough good things about this place. They went above and beyond to help my family out when my toddler got the flu. It’s so great to know that there are great people out there running wonderful compassionate businesses.
This is an amazing pharmacy that always puts patients first. Even with the personal service they’ve been able to beat Walgreens prices every time! I recommend Royal Pharmacy to all my friends and family, they are simply wonderful!
Absolutely the best my baby had to visit the urgent care Christmas Day. I called the pharmacy and Dolly just came in to give me my babies prescription!!!
We live in Sugar Land. However, we drive to Pearland just to pick up medicines. This is because of exceptional customer service, reasonable price, and love by an owner. Highly recommended.

There is a reason this Pharmacy has 5 stars across every single review ... she is the best. The customer service is the best you will ever find. Dedicated. Professional. Friendly. And a side note ... for those not aware ... Dolly risked flood and safety to be the one pharmacy that was open during Hurricane Harvey on the big disaster day ... Monday.
