Don't live here if you don't want you car broken into, there's no cameras and it happens every month. It happened to me this month and to my girlfriend last month

I lived here for 5 years. When I moved in my 2 bedroom cost $1200 even, over the 5 years my rent ended up being over $1700 and that was at a discounted rate. Meanwhile during the 5 years, there was 4 or 5 separate fumigations for both cockroaches and bed bugs. Someone also shot a gun and the bullet went through the lobby doors. I would not recommend living in this building at any cost. Management only cares about collecting rent and does not care about the safety or well-being of residents. There is no proper security, and the parking area feels very unsafe. Cars are frequently broken into or damaged — in my experience it happens every couple of months. If you are considering moving here, be very careful and do your research before signing a lease.
Entering apartments without notices is unlawful. Issuing notices for 6 days straight from 8-5 is unlawful as well. Do better.
