Companies have repeatedly said that the building and in the parking lot are not safe. On August 17, 10 cars were damaged and a few more the next day. A window was broken and things worth $2,500 were stolen.The company refuses to compensate for the losses, they directly said that we ourselves should be responsible for our safety. The cost of housing is unreasonably expensive, some of the residents are already planning to move out. I have lived in this building for 2.5 years, and renting here is the worst decision I have ever made. Living here is simply unsafe. Boardwalk fails to provide even basic safety and proper services such as cleaning. Safety: The underground parking is regularly accessed by homeless people who sleep there (reported multiple times by me and other tenants to the manager, but nothing changes). This is by far the worst place I have ever lived, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this building. Extremely unsafe. Just last night, there was an act of vandalism in the underground parking where someone smashed the windows of around 10 cars and stole property. There are no cameras in the parking lot, no security in the building, and management simply shrugs their shoulders and refuses to take action.
