Visiting my friend here often. Building is well maintained and looking good. Elleni and Matteo are a great team. As well as Daniella who makes sure the place is home.
I’m very disappointed with the way I was treated by one of your leasing office staff members. I live in a Boardwalk community and recently visited another Boardwalk location to inquire about a rental apartment for one of my family members. The incident happened on Sunday, October 5th, early in the morning. Three cars were damaged, including mine. Two windows were broken in my car, the body of the car was scratched. The interior of the car was scratched and damaged. Almost nothing valuable was stolen. But this makes me think that Boardwalk does not care about the safety of its residents at all. Companies have repeatedly said that the building and in the parking lot are not safe. On August 17, 10 cars were damaged and a few more the next day. A window was broken and things worth $2,500 were stolen.The company refuses to compensate for the losses, they directly said that we ourselves should be responsible for our safety. The cost of housing is unreasonably expensive, some of the residents are already planning to move out.
