I would not recommend living in this building at any cost. Management only cares about collecting rent and does not care about the safety or well-being of residents. There is no proper security, and the parking area feels very unsafe. Cars are frequently broken into or damaged — in my experience it happens every couple of months. If you are considering moving here, be very careful and do your research before signing a lease.
Entering apartments without notices is unlawful. Issuing notices for 6 days straight from 8-5 is unlawful as well. Do better.
