They said they wouldn’t take the security deposit but then took it, just lied. Place also had roaches they never took care of after asking.
Unsafe, Unclean, Uncaring — Avoid This Building I was a tenant here until recently, and I strongly advise you not to move in. The building is unsafe. The underground parking gate malfunctions in the winter, letting anyone into the building. I’ve personally seen people doing drugs in the stairwells. There was even a shooting on-site, and management did nothing to make tenants feel safer. Homeless individuals regularly gather around the entrances and alleyways.
