Olena is a amazing property Manager!. I would highly recommend renting from here and the rent is reasonable epically living in sunalta. Olena and the mantience crew are on top of everything. Daniela is amazing as well and is on top of everything and is very kind. John is also amazing. For living here 20 years ( well my Mother did before passing of cancer) which you were so kind during the transition. Fantastic place to live.
**DONT BE TRICKED BY FAKE REVIEWS. **Living in this horrible building is the worst decision i have ever made in my life. Completely unsanitary, unsafe, there is mold in all the units. This building is a scam. The pictures of rentfaster are 100% edited and fake. There is issues with cockroaches and when you bring it up to them, they deny even though you can see them. Homeless people EVERYWHERE around the building. If you care about your families safety and health, DO NOT MOVE HERE. Washing machines do not work. The cleaning s... read more
