Really like it here I moved in over a month ago and I love it here! My neighbors are really nice and the office staff is amazing! The price I pay for the amount of space I get is perfect for me and my 2 children. I really like the gated entry, it makes me feel safe.
Happy Resident Wow!! That is all I can say about Garden Isles! To be honest, as a single mother, I was a little skeptical about the general area of Temple Terrace but after visiting Garden Isles, I was truly blown away. Everything was beautiful and well taken care of from the moment you drive in. The leasing staff was so sweet and helpful there and made me feel really comfortable with my decision.
Royal Park I know someone that lives in this apartment complex and she complains about the neighborhood not being very good. The apartment itself is just ok but it is relatively inexpensive. The worst thing is probably that they dont have washer and dryer in the units so that can be a real pain.
Garden isles /Royal park hell This apartment complex is horrible!!!!! Insects, roaches, and irresponsible management are all expected. Do not hesitate if sht are left in the toilet bowl. sink do not flush,IF YOU WANT A STRESSFUL, UNSAFE AND UNHAPPY PLACE TO LEAVE IN THE BAY COME SEE US AT GARDEN ISLES/ ROYAL PARK.
Royal Park Apartments These apartments used to be called society park but very little else has changed. On the plus side the units are pretty big and roomy. On the down side the complex isnt fancy and the neighborhood isnt the best plus the units dont have washer and dryer connections.
