Been here for years, last owners were tough, but the new ones just raised lot rent 33% with 3 weeks notice to sign, about a month after owning the place. If I could give negative stars I would. The office manager loves that she can just blame the new company for anything she doesn’t want to do. They put in a gym, but it’s only open Mon- Fri 8-5, that’s Normal work house who in the world works out then. I know the only thing the manager lifts are tacos, she’s the worst! DO NOT MOVE HERE
I thought I'd warn people that if anyone is thinking about renting a lot at Royal palms mobile home park,they charge $1,400 per month for just a lot and even though the utilities are included they still require you to do your own yard maintenance,so for $1,400 a month you don't get much.

I want to warn anyone who is thinking about moving to this property. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! We lived there for two years. They were never accommodating for any situation at all. My daughter would come visit from Oklahoma. They would not allow her to park at a resident. We had to park on the street outside the property. Her car got broken into. One night she left her car parked in front of our RV and it was towed. We had to pay to get it out.
