The rents is fine, but the pool and playground are in a bad condition, the playground has holes in the slides and is barely any big to fit 3 or 5 childs to play in, the pool has been closed for more than 1 year and yet it hasnt open, when the owner came by, the people working in the offices suddenly took out the sign (that said closed) but didnt open it. Los mantenimiento van cuando se acuerdan .siempre hechas culpa que uno es culpable cuando las cosas se descomponen por uso o viejos . Muchas plagas pulgas chinches por perros y gatos que hay en edificios. No lo recomiendo pronto me voy a otros apartamentos
Inaceptable que no te dejen estacionar carros en estacionamiento de visitantes. Solo te dejan tener un solo parqueo. Además de lleno de plagas que no fumigan .aguantar que te arrastren tu carro solo por tener carro en visitante ,mantenimiento va solo cuando hay inspecciónes
Oye chicos esto es un desastre pagas muy caro y restringen parkeo cucarachas pulgas No lo recomiendo
