Very disappointed with our experience here today. We were paying customers, and my pregnant wife urgently needed to use the washroom, but the staff still denied her access. We understand businesses may have policies, but basic human decency and compassion should come first, especially toward a pregnant woman. The situation was embarrassing and upsetting for us. Customer service should include empathy, not just transactions. Hopefully management addresses this so no other family has to go through the same experience.
