Had a wonderful time living there. But upon move out they attempted to charge us $1300 for "damages". Little do they know, I took videos and photos before I left. The apartment was left in wonderful condition. The attempt to take money in an unjust way is honestly disgusting. Having to go to court and show videos is ridiculous, and thank GOODNESS I took them. If you ever move out of here DOCUMENT the condition of the place when you leave
I am so grateful to Royal Oaks apts what a wonderful and friendly place to live, I rented here for 3 yrs. When I moved in we got a new manager Matt he was great strict but a great manager I was sad to see him go. Then Matt left and Natasha came IDK why but I thought ugh another new manager but Natasha you were wonderful. She made my move out easy and flexible and worked with me on changing my move out date. I have lived at Royal Oaks for 4 years. It's quiet, safe and the neighbors are friendly. The grounds are beautiful with a variety of trees, flowers and plants. There is even a lilly pond next to the pool, that is well maintained and clean. Its well lit at night with plenty of parking. There is a onsite manager as well Natasha that is friendly and helpful with questions or concerns. Maintenance issues are addressed quickly and repaired properly. It's been a lovely place to call home.❤️ I highly recommend.
Great staff, and the pool is an added plus. Recommend!
