I've only lived here for about 3 weeks. The first day of moving in my place was broke in to and my tablet was stolen, which was very important to me. Then night before last there were about 8 gunshots outside my window. Not at me, just very close to me. It was pretty scary. It took police about 15min to get here, which is too long. Only One police car drove thru and that was it. I just signed a year lease to live here but it feels more like a year long sentence. It's so obvious who the trouble makers are. Don't come here. It used to be a nice community. Now the board is corrupt. Condo fees keeping going up, yet the property is ran down. There is no more security on site or any kind of maintenance. There used to be. The office is only opened from 8am-1pm Mon-Fri, and are rarely there. Someone is pocketing the condo fee. Ours, for one unit, is 203.00 per month. That goes regardless if you are renting or own. There are so many rental units here now. They manager is worthless. They allow the scum to run the property. Three black ... read more

If you are thinking of moving here, don't! The homeowner's association rips of residents. Too many scummy renters and off site owners.
