Leasing staff is well treated and I totally agree with Dee M.'s comment on management; management staff treats worst in the whole world. Management is very mean, they never talk in lower voice (sounds like they want to scare the people away) and they break their own rules and words committed - They feel like they are doing a favor to the customers by renting their apartment this is totally customer unfriendly. Customer Service is disgraceful... – Me and my husband just renewed our lease and are moving into a bigger apartment. I NEVER should have considered renewing with Royal Oaks!!!I just came from the leasing office and the Leasing Manager (Tracy LaCava) was yelling at me and was extremely rude to me because of a lack of communication that occured between the people who work there.
