Trash, need to be condemned… I do not recommend. Every thing breaks if you look at it or magically stops working the day before you move in. READ THE LEASE! States that if if broken when you move in they’ll repair it if they find the time or patience. No Ventilation/ HVAC inoperable. Roaches, fruit flies, and mold rule the property. Stay away if you can, you are better off sleeping outside at a park. NBS
