The young lady I talked to named Courtni was so respectfull and answered all my questions even tho I asked more then many would I recommend this place to live !!
Shower problems never get fixed, any maintenance or pest issue never gets fixed in a timely manner. The office is never open during proper business hours. They expect a rent check on time but nothing ever gets done. Tired of it jere
I have lived at royal oaks for one year, I have had such a good experience living here. Courtni and Shawn are awesome. They are always willing to help no matter the circumstances. Kenny nick and nyle are the best at doing repairs and always come quick fast and in a hurry. If your looking for an apartment with great management come to royal oaks. I couldn't be happier any where else !
