Was leaving with my husband on Saturday so I came into the salon to get a body wrap and sugar scrub on Thursday, which would then be followed by a spray tan on Friday. After having the most horrific body wrap I've ever experienced (their heating element was barely warm in fact my feet were freezing the entire duration), the salon then called me after I left and cancelled my spraytan leaving me no time whatsoever to find a place and reschedule prior to departing the country. Wow. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I felt undervalued as a paying customer and I am absolutely in shock with my experience here. One of the receptionists called to reschedule an appointment time—the day of our appointment—due to an esthetician calling in sick (not our fault) and myself and my friend had our treatment cut short because of improper time planning, even after we rescheduled our appointment time.
