We had great expierences with the doctors and staff here up until this week. I tried to bring sick infant in on Friday because after being on antibiotics for over 24 hours his temp was still going up. An appointment was made and they immediately called back and cancelled, telling me to wait until the following day (Saturday) to give the medicine more time. For the past 13 years, we have received excellent care! So sad to see Dr Shah retire!
I saw Alyssa, the nurse practitioner for my 14 month old today. The staff was so nice, I had NO wait time to be seen. The NP was extremely friendly. It was a great experience.
Dr. Mannisto is out favorite! But we have never had a problem with any of the drs. Or nurses. Just won't do an appt. With nurse Johnson. But they always have appts for sick calls. And in 4 years I have only had one wait that took longer then 10 mins
