rude staff, unorganized, unhelpful and more focused on sneaking out behind the back door to smoke than on assisting anyone.

The staff at Royal Oak have been great with my mom and I know they will continue through this Covid 19. They are working hard to care for our loved ones so please keep that in mind when calling in.

They have a very effective rehab dept. who helped me walk following surgery. Beautiful facility with ice cream every day, beautiful outdoor garden and caring CNAs. Too many nice things about this center to list.

My grandma had Alzheimer's and I took care of her for years before I had to make the excruciating decision to find a nursing home that could take care of her. Royal oak was amazing. They helped with everything. They took wonderful care of her until she passed away March 4th 2018. They treated her as if she was their own family. I can never thank royal oak and the nurse named Shirley enough.

I know that no facility is perfect I've worked as a CNA for years I know that some of the staff in nursing homes should not be there but then you have ones that go above and beyond I wouldn't want my uncle any where else in fact he went somewhere else I couldn't wait to get him back to royal Oaks
