I used to go to this carwash twice a month when I lived in Richmond Hill, and the service was very personable and expedient. I visited yesterday for the first time in 5 years or so. I usually tip very well, but there was no tipping on this visit. The cat detailing my truck was more interested in watching other vehicles drive by, the music in his earbuds, and dragging his ass. I won't be going back.
Spent $29.95 to get my truck half washed, tires unwashed, head lights and grille still dirty along with the bumpers. I was told their machine couldn't clean the mud that was left on the side of my truck and the interior was wiped down quickly and poorly. I've never received more than a mediocre carwash from them but after today, I'm done.
First time at this car wash. Super nice guy checking people in for car wash. Very professional and explained my choices. Car looks great (especially considering I just went across the street and tried to wash it and it did NOTHING but get my car wet). I'll be back!
Horrible customer service. Faulty equipment. Never even got my van washed. I ended up going to Savannah car wash. Great service all around. Even though I had to drive a bit further it was well worth it. Oh an Savannah car wash has better prices.

I didn't like that the guy at the booth wanted to take my husband's card, while holding his phone in his hand, inside the building where we usually pay at the desk. He very easily could have taken pictures of the front and the back of the card. I told my husband not to give him his card, to pay cash, and to wait for a receipt.
Had to take my vehicle in 4 times to have the windows tinted correctly In the meantime, he melted my side mirror, and scratched my windshield. I was promised multiple times that everything would be taken care of and fixed. This was in March... It's the end of June. No call backs, never returned messages. Better than some other places but there is nothing they can say that will convince me that they made any attempt to vacuum the seats or under the back floor mats. At nine months pregnant I went to have my van cleaned inside and out and after $50 I didn't expect to come home and have to finish cleaning the car. They didn't even try, I had to wipe down seats and pick up things that a vacuum would easily have gotten.
