Made a appointment for a oil change and to take care of the recall. Recall was not taken care of. The girl that was at the counter doesn't seem to know what she is doing. Very disappointing experience from purchase of car to service of car. Would not recommend.
I entered showroom today, Woman at door said Hello, told her I was looking for the Pathfinders, she didn't know where they were, out on the lot, probably in the back. So, I walked down left side of the dealership and didn't see any, so I walked back inside asked for a brochure to show my wife at home, she looked and couldn't find one. Oil change and tire rotation done on time as promised. Vehicle washed and clean inside.
I brought my car to Royal Nissan of Cortland for a starter repair. My vehicle stopped turning over a few weeks ago. We replaced the battery, and it still wouldn't even turn over. We then had a friend use a reader on it, and it showed a misfire in the third cylinder. We then purchased a new coil pack ourselves and completed the job.
