I have had an excellent experience with Royal Nissan, and I wanted to specifically recognize Stacy in the service department for the outstanding customer service she provides. I called about a recall at approximately 5:00 PM, expecting that I would likely have to wait a while for an appointment. I have been going to Nissan to service my cars for many years now. I am very happy with the service and have recommended to others. They alaways tell me things that could be serviced so i know what needs to be done, but never pressure. I find them to be honest and up front. And i even bought my car from Royal Nissan last year. I trust them.
