Great Service Manager, no BS just what you needed done and at the appointment time! A really “different” experience from what I’ve experienced in the past from other Nissan dealers. Keep up the good work, we’ll be back!
Their online service scheduling is a joke. I scheduled a minor service, got a confirmation that I had scheduled the service, and even got an email from them saying a service representative from Royal...Nissan would be contacting me "shortly". After 5 days of no contact, I called the service department. Guess what!! No record of any service appt.!!! And if I wanted to reschedule, it would be 2 weeks from now!!
