Their online service scheduling is a joke. I scheduled a minor service, got a confirmation that I had scheduled the service, and even got an email from them saying a service representative from Royal...Nissan would be contacting me "shortly". After 5 days of no contact, I called the service department. Guess what!! No record of any service appt.!!! And if I wanted to reschedule, it would be 2 weeks from now!! Needed oil change and tire rotation, dropped me off at work and came back when car was ready.
I typically live my life in "razzle dazzle" mode - but not when I had to take my car in for some maintenance at Royal Nissan! I also received zero hassle. Stacey educated me on the issues as well as my warranty and options. THANK YOU!
