I brought my car to Royal Nissan of Cortland for a starter repair. My vehicle stopped turning over a few weeks ago. We replaced the battery, and it still wouldn't even turn over. We then had a friend use a reader on it, and it showed a misfire in the third cylinder. We then purchased a new coil pack ourselves and completed the job. I figured I would go to Nissan to make sure they installed my starter correctly and I knew I would cost more but just for a starter it cost $1,100 and when I brought it in it only had a check engine light on I had multiple mechanic friends use scanners on it and that was it but when I got my car back there was now a battery light on and they were trying to charge me again for a double diagnostic test and refused to be honest about this the costumer service lady is the only reason a even get a star you’re better off bring you... read more

Made an appointment for oil change. I was greeted by a friendly service writer. She pointed out that my inspection was due shortly and they could do it at the same time. That saved me having to make a second appointment. I will go back.
