With the sudden loss of my Chevy Spark, Matt helped me get a new Kicks first thing on a Thursday morning. I was new to them but Matt and Devon walked me through the process and by the time I arrived an hour or so later everything was ready for signatures and they had me on my way. I chose Royal because in my region of NYS they had the best deal. I was happy with my experience and hope I’m as happy with my Kicks!
